Welcome to the Northamptonshire County Website

Northamptonshire is the County that you may travel through along the M1, the West Coast Mainline, or the Midland Mainline, but stop off and you will find many interesting small villages, historial places and items of interest.

Two of the three remaining Eleanor Crosses are found within the County and the only remaining complete one.

Shown above is the Triangular Lodge built by the Tresham Family who were connected to the Gun Power Plot!


Lying within the County boundary is the Naseby Battlefield and its many connections, bringing us  up to date, the County is also home to the British Grand Prix.
